Project Detail

The quagga project is an attempt to re create the extinct quagga. This zebra like creature was wide spread in South Africa until it was decimated by hunters. DNA analysis has revealed it was nothing other than a colour variation of the plains zebra.

A selective breeding project is bringing the quagga back from extinction Back to Africa assists the quagga project with capture ad relocations. We do this, as we believe this project highlights extinction of our wild species.
